More charges have been filed against a former Trail of Terror and Minnesota Renaissance Festival supervisor after two more women have come forward, accusing him of sexually assaulting them when they worked for the Shakopee attractions as teenagers.
Bryan Ellinger, 31, of Shakopee, has now been charged in connection to sexual assaults on three women when they were teenagers, with the alleged incidents occurring from 2012-2017.

ROCK ISLAND, Illinois (Quad-City Times ) Agents with the Quad-City Metropolitan Enforcement Group (QCMEG) arrested three people from a Rock Island home on methamphetamine and marijuana trafficking charges.
Brian R. White, 50, of 1206 14th St., is charged with two counts of delivery of more than 5 grams of methamphetamine, and one count of possession with the intent to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine.
Each of the charges is a Class 1 felony under Illinois law that carries a prison sentence of four to 15 years.
Police have said that one-tenth of a gram is the normal amount for one hit of methamphetamine.

Man arrested after using box cutter to commit robberies

Davenport, Iowa (Quad-City Times) A Davenport man is facing charges after he used a box cutter as a weapon to rob two businesses in January and February, Davenport police said.
William Robert Smith, 50, of 625 W. 7th St., is charged with two counts of armed robbery, each a Class B felony under Iowa law that carries a prison sentence of 25 years, of which 70%, or 17 ½ years, must be served before parole can be granted.
Smith is also charge with one count each of second-degree robbery and first-degree theft, each of which is a Class C felony that carries a prison sentence of 10 years.
