Guwahati: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit the state on December 26. Home Minister Shah s visit is a significant one following the formation of the new Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) by the coalition of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), United People s Party Liberal (UPPL), and Gana Suraksha Party (GSP).
Amita Shah also congratulated BJP s new ally, UPPL, and their victory in BTC elections through a tweet.
