Bank of America has hired JP Morgan Securities veteran
Winnie Ng to head its coverage of Hong Kong, according to a report by Bloomberg. Ng will be joining BOA in late July and will also serve as co-head of Asia Pacific real estate investment banking, according to the media account. Most recently a managing director at JP Morgan, Ng has been with the firm since 2000, according to her LinkedIn profile, and moved to Hong Kong with the banking giant in 2003, after joining in New York.

HKU wins USFHK Men’s Badminton Championship
The University of Hong Kong (HKU) defeated Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and won the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong (USFHK) Men’s Badminton Championship. In the deciding match of a best 3 of 5, with Joshua Wang Che winning his final singles match with 21-7 and 21-12.
The final match was held at the Education University of Hong Kong on April 25 (Sunday).
“This is the first time in over 30 years that HKU men’s badminton team has won the overall University Championships,” said Dr. Michael Tse, Director of the Centre for Sports and Exercise, who was there along with Mr Steve Lo, Executive Vice-President (Administration and Finance) of HKU, to support the team.

With society s increasing emphasis on family togetherness and bonding, especially through leisure activities, more families are travelling together than ever before. How can destination marketing be targeted to meet the needs of different generations? Focusing on child tourists, a growing yet remarkably understudied market, the researchers provide novel empirical evidence of how visuals can best be used to engage and entice these young consumers. The results have important implications for destination marketers focusing on the family sector in Hong Kong, mainland China, and beyond.
