Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones said the Butler County Regional Narcotics (BURN) task force confiscated about $3 million in weapons and drugs Tuesday. He called it one of the largest drug busts in the region and one of the top 10 in the state.
A Middletown man has been charged with two felonies for his alleged involvement in one of the biggest drug busts in the region, said Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones.

FAIRFIELD, Ohio â A 35-year-old man died at a hospital after police responded to a shots-fired call in Fairfield last weekend, according to the Journal-News.
Benjamin Burrell was reportedly shot on Brittany Lane, where police and emergency medical personnel were dispatched at 7:39 p.m. Saturday.
The man was taken to Mercy Health-Fairfield Hospital by ambulance for a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
No arrests have been made, and police are not releasing additional information in this case, police officer Doug Day said Monday.
