HCSO: Man found outside childâs window shot during confrontation with parents

The Harris County Sheriff s Office investigates a shooting on Little York.
The sheriff’s office says a man was shot during a confrontation with a couple who found him outside of their child’s window in northwest Harris County.
The shooting occurred at a gas station in the 15400 block of W Little York Road at 10 p.m. Sunday, but the incident began at a nearby home.

HOUSTON: A grand jury on Wednesday (Jun 30) declined to indict a former Houston-area health department doctor who was accused of stealing nine doses of COVID-19 vaccine from a damaged vial and administering them to family and friends.
Prosecutors had alleged that Dr Hasan Gokal, who worked for Harris County Public Health, stole a vial of the Moderna coronavirus vaccine while working at a vaccination site at a suburban Houston park on Dec 29.

A Texas father shot a man who was allegedly peeping into the window of his ten-year-old daughter. The young girl woke up in the middle of the night and saw the man, who was not identified, pleasuring himself as he stared at her through the window.
The girl s parents grabbed their guns and rushed outside to confront the suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated. They ordered him to get on the ground until the police arrived. Instead, he apologized and fled across the street to a gas station.
The girl s parents followed the man to the gas station, where he got into a physical confrontation with the girl s mother. During the altercation, he managed to wrestle away her gun and pointed it at her. Fearing that the man was going to shoot his wife, the father opened fire, striking the suspect three times.
4 Gang Members Charged With Sex Trafficking of Underage Girls
Four Houston-area gang members are in custody for allegedly trafficking young girls who had run away from home, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The defendants recruited underage teenage girls and forced them to engage in sex acts for money in cars and hotels around the “Blade” or the Bissonnet Track, ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division said in a statement. The area is a common trafficking site near Southwest 59 Freeway and Bissonnet Street in Houston.
The four men were identified as Clarence Chambers, aka Chris, 29; Javon Opoku, aka Glizzy, 20; Damarquis McGee, aka Lil Blue, 23; and Andres Portillo, aka Andro, 20.
