CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY - The Department of Labor and Employment in the Northern Mindanao (DOLE-10) has resolved 100 percent of employer-employee disputes in the first semester of this year, an official said Wednesday. In a statement, DOLE-10 Director Albert Gutib said through the Single Entry Approach (SEnA) system, various satellite offices in the region managed to attend to the 431 requests for assistance (RFA). Gutib said DOLE-10 has surpassed its target of 85 percent for January to June 2022's settlement rate. "This means that in the first semester, 772 workers were able to receive a total of PHPP9,427,300 monetary benefits," Gutib said, noting that this was an improvement of the settlement rate from last year's first semester of 72 percent.
