At approximately 4:35 P.M., the armed suspect spotted on Catherine Ave. earlier this afternoon was taken into custody without further incident. The Michigan State Police Emergency Support Team was on scene and took over the inner perimeter of the incident at around 3:00 P.M., prior to finding the suspect. Just before 6:00 A.M. on Monday, Kent County Sheriff's Office received a report of shots fired at 3814 Yorkland Dr NW in Comstock Park.
