Drivers faced a second day of closures Tuesday on and around a section of the 10 Freeway that was damaged in last weekend's fire at a downtown Los Angeles.
“Unless you have to enter downtown, stay on the freeways. There will be clear signage routing you around the closure," Los Angeles Mayor Bass said Monday morning.
Los Angeles drivers, warned of potentially terrible traffic snarls, headed into the Monday morning commute following a raging fire over the weekend that closed.
