I have been the authority of an amendment thats been put into the law that restricts the department of justice from making sure that they dont supercede state law when the states have legalized medical marijuana and so what we need to do is make sure that that amendment continues to be part of the law and, but what sessions has done is trying to take it back a step and trying to undermine that position to leave it up to the u.s. attorneys, can supercede state law? we dont want that to happen at ...
