Why. if you believe in the 10th amendment and if you believe that those people in the state are going to impact the legislators, they will do that. and i think that is a situation that we would not find ourselves in because by the time a school failed, the children or the parents would have intervened and the legislators would have intervened. our problem is a federal government who is intervening too much with programs. i truly believe that the education of the children is a state and local iss...
