Former vice president honored with 75-year Party membership badge
Nguyen Thi Binh, former member of the Party Central Committee and former Vice President, was conferred the 75-year membership insignia of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) at a ceremony held in Hanoi on October 24.
