PANO - Frigate 012 - Ly Thai To, carrying a Vietnam People’s Navy delegation, led by Senior Captain Nguyen Van Ngan, Deputy Chief of Staff of Naval Region 4, docked at Cam Ranh international port in Cam Ranh city, central province of Khanh Hoa, successfully concluding the ASEAN - Russia Naval Exercise 2021 (ARNEX 21).
