Stranded. hurricanes ingrid and manuel have affected more than a million people and now a third tropical system is developing off mexicos yucatan peninsula. a fire engulfs a chemical plant northwest of oklahoma city and forces the evacuation of nearby homes. the fire at the danlin industries plant is now out. the cause is still under investigation. amazingly no injuries are reported. the company supplies specialty chemicals to the oil and gas industry. a bit of better news out of washington ...
