Neat Repeat still open, but senior center remains closed April 13 2021
Despite the Prineville Senior Center having a complete remodel, the building must remain closed due to state resctrictions
After four years in the making, the Prineville Senior Center has been remodeled but has yet to welcome clients inside its doors due to COVID restrictions.
According to Oregon Health Authority, even in counties with low risk, older adult consumers are still at a much higher risk of infection and death of COVID. Melody Kendall, director for Prineville Senior Center, said that as vaccine levels improve, OHA will let them know as things improve. As of April 1, there are not any dates or plans for reopening.
