The pedestrian was struck about 8 p.m. Sunday on the Clark Avenue off-ramp from the westbound Artesia Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash was reported about 2:10 a.m. at Kanan Dume and Latigo Canyon roads, according to the California Highway Patrol.
