The northeast side of Driggs will see increased activity as the city pursues a local improvement district to upgrade LeGrand Pierre Avenue, and the owner of Shoshoni Plains embarks on a new phase of the development.Â
The city has long been weighing how to pay for improvements and paving of part of LeGrand Pierre, an important collector route in the Driggs transportation plan that will eventually connect Highway 33 and Ski Hill Road.
