Southern York County: Man pleads guilty to third-degree murder

“Mine entirely,” Wade replied. Outside the courtroom, First Assistant District Attorney Tim Barker said the plea agreement recently came together as the two sides were preparing for trial, which was supposed to begin on Monday. “We felt that this was a fair, a just resolution,” said Barker, who noted that Wade accepted responsibility for committing the murder and faces a considerable potential sentence. “The victims were entirely supportive of this agreement. Clearly, that is really important to us.” Barker declined to discuss the motive for the killing before sentencing.
