New legislation could restrict private companies from requiring employees to undergo drug tests for marijuana. Introduced by Democratic Assemblyman Bill Quirk, the bill aims to prevent employers from using past evidence of using marijuana, like hair or urine tests, as justification for termination or discrimination.
