New Jersey Herald On treadmills and local roads, volunteers and donors raised $140,000 during the 19th annual Gordon Shelton Memorial Walk-a-thon on Sunday.  The walk, held virtually for the second straight year due to COVID-19 restrictions benefits SCARC, a non-profit organization that serves children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
