A federal high court in Abuja has dismissed a suit filed by Abdulrasheed Maina, former chairman of the PRTT, over his alleged ill health.

A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Wednesday, dismissed a suit filed by Abdulrasheed Maina against the Minister of Interior, Mr Rauf Aregbesola, and Haliru Nababa, Controller General (C-G), Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS) over his alleged Ill-health.

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja dismissed a case filed by a former Pension boss, Abdulrasheed Maina against Rauf Aregbesola.

The Minister of Interior and the prison authorities, sued as defendants, opposed the suit, saying it was an attempt by Mr Maina to escape from prison.
