Law so a lot of pundits are saying, well, is this inappropriate. theyve got to enforce the law. theyre not going to not enforce the law, just not defend it. what does that mean for the gay and lesbian community? what does it mean? its not going to change anything for them right now. even though they may be married under state law, they still cant file joint tax returns. they still are not going to get social security benefits. theyre still not going to get family medical leave act, unfortunately...
