The Manitoba government will roll out COVID-19 rapid antigen testing programs for designated critical service workers to enhance access to testing and protect vulnerable Manitobans.

The Manitoba government said it will be expanding eligibility for rapid antigen tests for certain staff in critical service areas – including school teachers and staff – who are showing COVID-19 symptoms.

Studies show that investments in public art can improve street safety, provide tourism and new jobs, and combat social isolation and anxiety.

‘Serving a greater cause than I am’

Philadelphia officials acknowledged the one-year anniversary of Walter Wallace Jr.'s death by releasing a statement outlining the city's progress at implementing police reforms and listing mental health resources. The statement also acknowledged a need for more improvements. Wallace was shot by police on Oct. 26, 2020 while experiencing a mental health crisis.

Eligibility for second doses has been expanded to include individuals who received their first dose on or before April 25. Manitobans are strongly reminded that only those eligible to book appointments based on the date of their first dose or other provincial criteria should book second-dose appointments at this time.
