States cannot afford. there is way too much burden on them. >> the medicaid burden is concerning. republicans blocked that in more than one state. the feds will come in and create it for them. but it does cost money for the exchanges and everybody is afraid of whats going on with the bill. so everybody is dragging their feet. we need to stop that and move forward. we clearly need change. we cant keep expecting people to pay 40% to 60% more for their premiums. so that is not sustainable. >> it pu...
