The government had ordered the probe after students associated with ABVP produced as evidence a book, which they claimed was from the college’s library

The ABVP alleged that the teachers had been promoting religious fanaticism, making wrong comments on great personalities, army and promoting 'love Jihad' on the college campus.

The ABVP has alleged that the book, 'Collective Violence and Criminal Justice System', contains very objectionable content against the Hindu community and the RSS, which encourages religious fundamentalism

On Thursday, slogans like 'Brahmins Leave The Campus', 'There Will Be Blood', 'Brahmin Bharat Chhodo', and 'Brahmino-Baniyas, we are coming for you! We will avenge,' were spray painted in red on campus walls and also on the chambers of certain Bramhin professors

While the principal of the Indore government college has alleged that ABVP's claims are not true, he called them 'serious' and said a retired district court judge will conduct an inquiry into the claims.

The activists claim that they were attacked with stones, lathis and rods.
