The U.N. special envoy for the Horn of Africa has warned that the conflict between the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) which erupted on 15 April is getting closer to South Sudan and the disputed Abyei region and South Sudan.
