The Rainsville City Council heard from Adam Lea of Ladd Environmental Consultants on Monday night, regarding the city Sidewalk TAP Program Project.

Some of you may have seen our freshly constructed Fort Payne historic timeline on the side of the little gray building at the corner of Gault and 5th St. The project itself goes back to 2018 when the city of Fort Payne received a grant to participate in making a permanent publicly visible piece for the celebration of the Alabama Bicentennial in 2019.
