Charges have been filed following an April 2023 Accomack County crash that killed a Virginia Beach woman as she was trying to teach her daughter how to ride a bike.

Erika Bailey died after she was hit by a car while on a walk. Her family and friends want answers as to why the driver still doesn't face charges.
