A Wicomico County jury found Robert Glorius, of Salisbury, guilty of attempted second-degree murder.

Virginia State Police said a driver has been arrested and charged in the Parksley head-on crash that killed Angela Marie Kellam of Bloxom.

According to Virginia State Police, a sedan and tractor-trailer crashed at the intersection of Highway 13 and Withams Road in the area of Oak Hall.

Justin Soeum of New Hampshire was arrested on charges related to the Feb. 8 crash that killed 44-year-old Angela Marie Kellam immediately following his release from Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Virginia State Police responded to the scene on U.S. 13 and Withams Road, in the area of Oak Hill in Accomack County. The call for the crash came in around 3 p.m.

Both the northbound and southbound lanes of Route 13 are currently closed. Crews with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) are redirecting traffic.

Gary Kimball told Virginia Lottery officials he showed the ticket to the store clerk just to make sure he wasn't seeing things.

A woman was killed and several other people were hurt following a fiery crash in Accomack County. Virginia State Police said charges are pending.
