Today, January 25, 2024, marked the ninth anniversary of the deaths of 44 Special Action Force (SAF) members who were slain in a confrontation with Muslim rebel groups in Mamasapano, Maguindanao.

The extended timing for offering prayers at the new Ram temple in Ayodhya is now in effect, allowing Darshan from 6 am onwards. Key roads leading to the temple town remain closed to regulate vehicular movement. Strict security measures have been implemented, with Rapid Action Force and Central Reserve Police Force personnel deployed outside the temple.
