Another part of the counseling that i dont think we had anticipated or envisioned, well, i think we anticipated it somewhat, but what is really been driven through the conversations is theres a need to engage with households as theyre making longterm plans for themselves about retirement or other things that could affect their ability to qualify for an Affordable Housing unit. Someone may be in a position today where they might not be eligible for an Affordable Housing unit but if they make a decision to cut back on their hours or to retire, that they might fall no a category where they would qualify. So its a very dynamic picture and theres a level of on going consultation with households as they continue to value wait these choices.
