Arlington county police say where they made an attempted traffic stop and that two suspects bailed out of the suv and ran. That is why they had the Park Police Helicopter up. When we got here we looked a little bit closer. There were police further down fern street blocking off Army Navy Drive and right in front of the residence inn that is where we saw them doing some investigation on that vehicle itself. That will vehicle to us and as we got a closer look also we could see that it had some damage to it. The air bags on the front passenger and also the front drivers side both had been deployed. This is the man who police say put parts of northeast philadelphia on edge this morning. Parents tell us they were scared to send their children to school. The fear started after this man escaped from a Police Cruiser while he was handcuffed. Officers had been on his tail since before 6 00 a. M. When he krared into a police car on the boulevard and kept driving. His dark colored sedan then crashed with two more vehicles down the road at somerdale avenue. One of the victims there, an off duty state trooper. When the trooper approached the car, he fought back but police we
