A burger pop-up created by the former owners of a Bon Air butchery appears to be slithering into Church Hill.

All signs point to Cobra Burger a nearly 4-year-old pop-up concept that’s currently based out of food incubator Hatch Kitchen in Southside taking over Dutch & Co.’s former home in Church Hill at 400 N. 27th St.
Dutch & Co., which closed late last year after eight years in business, helped put Richmond on the national map as a dining destination.
