Formerly striking sanitation workers were expected to return to work today after ratifying deals that ended a weeklong walkoff that halted trash pick-up in Anaheim, Huntington Beach and surrounding cities.
The city of Anaheim has reached a tentative agreement with striking sanitation workers. Huntington Beach has not yet reached an agreement, but officials are hopeful a deal can be reached this week.
