Estranged PTI leader Jahangir Tareen said on Monday that the group of PTI lawmakers backing him had had a good meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan where they expressed their reservations and were assured of justice.
Speaking to the media in Lahore, Tareen said: As far as the meeting of our people with the prime minister [is concerned], it went very well. They talked openly and expressed their reservations to the prime minister. And the prime minister assured that he would himself look into [the case] and justice should be done.

Estranged PTI leader Jahangir Tareen said on Thursday that he had been assured of a meeting between his group of supporters and Prime Minister Imran Khan in a few days .
Speaking to the media outside a Lahore sessions court, the sugar baron said he had hosted an Iftar dinner for his allies earlier this month. A day before, some individuals from Islamabad contacted me and said that our group would have a meeting with the premier in a few days. Our entire group will meet the prime minister soon, said Tareen, adding that his relationship with the premier was not weak .

Dissident PTI leader Jahangir Tareen on Thursday said some people in Islamabad had assured him and his entire group of around 40 party lawmakers supporting him of a meeting with the prime minister.
Speaking to the media on the occasion of his appearance before a court in Lahore, Tareen said that no shareholder was a plaintiff against him.
“The cases against me are not criminal ones that they are being probed into by the FIA [Federal Investigation Agency]. These are SECP [Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan] and FBR [Federal Board of Revenue] cases,” he added.
