"The accused persons, who are sought to be produced in fetters and handcuffs, are admittedly not previous convicts. They are not even gangsters," the Additional Sessions Judge stated in an order dated June 5.

New Delhi [India], May 8 (ANI): Delhi Police will assist family members of a man, accused of running of crime syndicate for extortion, in getting his children admitted to the school, Delhi Police told Karkardooma court on Friday.
The submission of Delhi Police came while hearing an interim bail plea of an accused arrested under stringent charges of the MCOCA act.
Accused Nabbir alias Sabbir has sought interim bail for admission of his two minor children in school.

Fearing arrest, Siraj Ahmad Khan had moved the court to seek anticipatory bail in the matter, claiming that he was being falsely implicated and had nothing to do with the alleged offence.
Dismissing his pre-arrest bail plea, Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Yadav noted that the allegations against him were âgrave in natureâ and that his presence was necessary to unearth the conspiracy involved in planning, instigating and fanning the flames of communal conflagration.
