As youre well aware, because youve had two or three of these already. And in its own right, even notwithstanding the density bonus, its a very good project, and the project sponsor has elected voluntarily to base the affordable on the bonus rather than only basing the affordable percentage on the base project, which under the state law, is all he needs to do. So in that regard, he has made some great strides, and as you know, this is a vacant space, so were not displacing anyone. The gas station...

Fantastic point about the union street west facing facade. I dont think that building is i mean, i think maybe the facade of anything might be historic, but that would potentially be an opportunity for facadism for another project. I do believe that all of the neighbors wi neighbors of that building will be here with the pitchforks when something in the future is planned, because starting with the third story about, if anything goes in there, it will be blocking some views, and not just views, b...

We live all around this. My family has been in this neighborhood for 30 years. This project is truly a creative request to develop four units on one lot with a second unit building in the back. Theyre going to take that two unit building and eadd an adu n an illegal office thats been there for years. Theyre going to take the front building and demolish it and building a mansion resulting in 6,000 square feet on one lot. I worry about allowing demolition of rental housing, that they refuse to ack...

Including a fan that makes it safe. Because of the missing part, if i try to move my stove at all to clean behind it, i risk the possibility of breaking off a pipe and having a gas hazard. When the building inspector moved it so i could show him the state of the wall and the floor coming up behind it, we could smell more gas coming out and see the spills behind the stove. The building inspector told me to be very careful with this until this can be addressed. Ive had this appliance in my kitchen...

Its the potential setup, and the front enter rabs to my building and all the other ones are on king street, and its a good thing because it puts people on the street. I want to see this then reorganized to have at least one entrance it doesnt have to be the main entrance things, but it has to be some entrance on vanness, and so i would say those are the things that i would like to see different about this project other than do the state density bonus. Commissioner moore. Director, my understandi...

Or how is it in the best interest i have no problem with this guy building modest housing, but five levels . Finally, ask the commission not to reward the project sponsor who refused to rent or acknowledge and fought to keep this unit off the book with permission to demolish rental housing and building something that we all know will never be rented, will be only for the 1 of the 1 . Thank you. Thank you, next speaker. Please. Hi. I agree with the tree on the castro, as someone who rides that bu...

Ive be about 18 years ago, i met mr. Taboni, and i did my first project with him, and ive been working with him ever since. My company has grown to 15 employees since that time. One thing about mr. Taboni, everything he says is completely gospel. Hes an honest businessman. He eats and enjoys lunch with the employees on the projects, and having an abandoned vacant lot is not doing any good for the city. And having 75 new Housing Units will be spfar superior to anything thats going on now, and lik...
