Ayotunde Richards, a gospel singer and former member of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) and a 23-year-old blogger Adewale Ajimosogbe remanded over alleged cyberbullying and libel are still in prison seven days after they were granted bail by Federal High Court in Lagos. The duo were accused of libelling the MFM General Overseer, Daniel Olukoya. SaharaReporters learnt on Wednesday that the duo were yet to meet their bail conditions seven days after the Lagos court granted them bail.
A Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos State, has granted bail to Ayotunde Richards, a gospel singer and former member of Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries (MFM) over a petition from Davidson Adejuwon, who is a lawyer and reportedly an aide to the church founder, Dr Daniel Olukoya. A 23-year-old blogger Adewale Ajimosogbe who was detained over alleged cyberbullying and libel against the MFM General Overseer, Olukoya was also granted bail by the same court.
