Leisure and hospitality saw a gain of 151,000 in January 2022 as the industry continues to make it's way back to pre-pandemic employment.

Not only are teachers thinking about quitting or retiring earlier than expected, per a NEA survey of its members, but they say burnout is a problem.

In December, 4.3 million workers quit their jobs. Many of them may be switching into higher-paying roles.

The December JOLTS report showed openings rebounding to 10.9 million, and over 4 million Americans quit their jobs for the sixth month in a row.

Compared to millennials, they're off to a way better start on their careers — and it may even mean they'll live longer.

America's 10.6 million job openings could be filled if employers challenged their negative perceptions and hired formerly incarcerated workers.
