The council adopted a resolution denouncing the request. “Monday of last week, without any heads-up, I received a new petition to detach from the city for the parcels on the north side of Lake Ossawinnamakee. They added some additional parcels … and made some technical corrections so people knew what they were signing,” City Administrator Patrick Wussow said. “I spoke to the state about this for a good half-hour… the point is we need to get this to a hearing.
