This year’s summer school attracts 30 young scholars from 17 universities in 11 countries such as Russia, Mozambique, Taiwan, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, China, Japan, Laos, and the United States.
On June 6, Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg held official talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and OSCE Chairperson-in-office Zbigniew Rau, who is paying an official visit to Mongolia. The official talks touched on a wide range of issues on Mongolia-Poland bilateral relations and regional and international cooperation.
Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg presented a Certificate of Cultural Envoy of Mongolia to traditional costume designer, doctor, professor, director of ‘Mongol Costumes’ LLC B.Suvd, who has been appointed as Mongolia’s Cultural Envoy.
On April 4, Minister for Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg had a telephone conversation with China’s State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi to exchange views in detail on the international situation, issues of mutual interest including bilateral relations and cooperation, opening of border checkpoints and increasing exports and imports.
On December 23, Minister of Foreign Affairs B. Battsetseg had an online meeting with her Japanese counterpart Yoshimasa Hayashi to discuss relations and cooperation-related issues between the countries.
