Keller Williams was named to an eighth class-action lawsuit that takes issue with alterations made to the brokerage’s profit-sharing program. 

A fifth class-action lawsuit was filed by a former agent against Keller Williams, contesting alterations to its profit-sharing program. 

One of the class-action suits seeks $250 million in damages while the other is asking the court for a preliminary injunction to stop Keller Williams from distributing profit share payments.

Three agents formerly affiliated with Keller Williams Realty have taken legal action against the brokerage in three separate lawsuits.

Keller Williams President Marc King warned that agents who've left the company will see their profit-sharing slashed unless they boomerang within six months.

The franchisor will slash profit share for 'vested KW agents who actively compete with our brokerages' unless they return within six months, Keller Williams President Marc King said Tuesday.
