Emergency room of mount sinai saint Lukes Roosevelt hospital where you can see that oxygen tank at the center of this response, police say shortly before 2 00 a man jumped from an Apartment Building right next to the hospital, that jumper is hitting a line that supplies oxygen to the emergency room.
