Prakash Chhabria-led Orbit Electricals has filed an appeal in the Supreme Court challenging the non-disclosure of the voting outcome regarding the re-appointment of Deepak Chhabria as the Executive Chairman of Finolex Cables at its annual general meeting (AGM).
