Mott with a crime scene vehicle brought in and a s. W. A. T. Vehicle is in the front yard. Here is what happened at 9 00 this morning. Officers including members of the s. W. A. T. Team were serving a search warrant as part of a Homicide Investigation and confronted the suspect in the house. Officers say he ignored orders and showed a weapon and an officer or officers opened fire. He was taken to the Medical Center where he died. Officers were prepared for a possible violent confrontation. Based on the fact i was a Homicide Investigation we had concerns that there would be some difficult encountered.
