Now, what we have also seen in the streets are thousands upon thousands of people who participated in the funeral for al jabari. Hes not only the head of the military, he was not only a man, a commander of the military, but a man who was one of the founders of hamas, a symbolic member of hamas. So many, many people out to commemorate his death. We saw shooting in the streets, as you see a lot of times during funerals and also for times of celebration. This is cnn breaking news. We begin this morning with breaking news. A new crisis in the middle east, israeli and Palestinian Militants exchanging deadly fire near the israel gaza border. They say its in retaliation for ongoing rocket attacks into southern israel. Triggered by an air strike that killed the top hamas military commander. Sayre sara sidner is following the story.
