Michelin-star chef Vikas Khanna was on an Air India flight when he decided to use his cooking skills and make something special for a flight crew member.
Air India, which has embarked on a major makeover, has introduced a new menu for its domestic and international flights, including international and local Indian cuisine.
For all the cabins of international flights, Air India has upgraded the food and beverage menu, including the addition of new appetizers and alcoholic drinks.
