Delhi Rouse Avenue court has issued summons to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife and former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Dev, and their daughter in the alleged land-for-job scam.

Katyal was arrested in this case by the ED in November last year while former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav was summoned by the agency but is yet to depose.

The court took cognizance of the charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and issued a production warrant for Amit Katyal.
