The 2023 Main Line high school girls volleyball season included a number of strong teams that contended for championship glory, including Academy of Notre Dame (15-9, PAISAA finalists), Lower Merion (16-7 overall, 10-1 Central League champions), Haverford High (18-2 overall), Villa Maria Academy (20-3, District 1 3A runnerup), Archbishop Carroll (12-6) and Baldwin School (14-7).
