The NFBM Jagriti School for the Blind Girls has recorded 100% SSC results this year, just like the past 26 years.

The student, who had been preparing for the exams under the ambit of the National Federation of the Blind Maharashtra (NFBM) since her schooling years, was born partially blind but lost her vision completely after she returned home during her Diwali holidays.

NFBM, which was established in 1977, to improve the lives of visually impaired persons (VIPs), saw its second batch, comprising 10 students, appearing for the HSC board exams this year.

The first step to preventing child marriage is to report it. Earlier, citizens ignored this social malaise, which is another form of encouragement.

While some students who topped the class were happy with their results, others felt they could have done better but they agreed on the level of preparation they put into clearing the board exams.
