Finally the Independent Board made a decision, though they found CNCP did not have an effective communications plan in place to address local residents’ concerns. The Board recommended CNCP develop and implement such a plan. A Ministerial Order was signed by the Minister, Jason Nixon on Mar. 18, 2021.
